More natural (B2):

OK, thank you. I’ll try it.

Very natural (C1, conversational):

OK, thanks. I’ll give it a try.

Why:

  • We usually don’t put a comma after Thank you when it’s a separate sentence.

  • I’ll give it a try is a very common, natural phrase in spoken English.

If you want, next time you can also say:

I’ll try this and let you know how it works.
