What I would actually take from this video for you
There are really four principles worth keeping:
- Have a minimum version of your English routine.
Something you can do even when tired or busy. - Prefer continuity over bursts of enthusiasm.
Thirty imperfect weeks beat three spectacular weeks followed by two months of nothing. - Don't wait for ideal circumstances.
- Make English something you want to return to.
Interesting novels, good TV dialogue, conversations, mimicking scenes you genuinely like—not merely exercises you believe you're supposed to do.
When a routine breaks, don't necessarily restore the old routine. Build a smaller one that fits your current life.
