Here’s the system I use to improve my spoken English in a natural and effective way:

🔁 The Loop

    1. Choose a short scene (e.g., The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel)
    2. Watch it until you fully understand it
    3. Repeat it 5–10 times
    4. Mimicking
    5. Shadow it (copy pronunciation and rhythm)
    6. Adapt the lines to your own situation
    7. Speak freely using your own version
    8. Have a conversation (with AI or a speaking partner)
